Non-Surgical Hair Replacement

A $50 deposit is required to book any standard salon service. 

For new hair services (e.g., installation of a new hair system), a $100 deposit is required to secure the appointment.

A non-refundable fee of $50 will be charged for any same-day cancellation of a standard salon service.

A non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged for any same-day
cancellation of a new hair service. 

After three (3) same-day cancellations, future services will be permanently discontinued. 

Once the hair system has been applied and the client has left the premises, any corrections or adjustments are only eligible within 24 hours from the date and time of service.

Corrections or changes requested within that 24-hour window must be within reasonability and based on the original service provided. 

Requests for major alterations, complete redos, or issues stemming from client misuse or lack of care are not covered. 

After the 24-hour period, I assume no further responsibility for the condition or positioning of the hair system.

Hair systems purchased directly through me are eligible for a 30-day warranty only if the system has not been
altered in any way. Any modifications or use outside of professional handling will void this warranty. 

Maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness of the scalp is the sole responsibility of the client after 24 hours of the service date. I am not liable for any infections, allergic reactions, or medical issues that may arise due to poor hygiene, improper care, or personal health conditions.
